VILLA K

The design concept is based on a volume sobriety and dialogue with nature. The building interacts with itself and its surroundings with a contemporary language that recalls the modern architecture with an accentuation of the place of origin.

The main volume, a rectangular carved on two sides sliced 45 degrees on the boundary edges, hiding the ceiling, is penetrated by lower volumes, creating a game of joints.

The new proportions express horizontality and simplicity. The building is marked by the repetition of the dynamic openings with a constant height, vary in width, moving the elevations and dosing the light inside.

The main front is characterized by a three-dimensional geometric game, constituted by a motif filtered by geometric elements, which protects the glass window of the family living room and forming a sort of porch that faces the entrance courtyard.
The proposal includes an organization of outdoor spaces, with a system of terraces and water features that form a single element with its surroundings.

The system of vertical openings is designed to create fluidity in the relationship between the interior and exterior spaces.

Water and nature explode in harmony with the architecture of the villa as a surprise, the only true element present in the design.

The function distribution of the villa is divided in four section divided in formal, semi formal, private and services as a consequence of the destination of every room and space.
