E CODE – HOTEL AND CONDO

In communications, a CODE is a rule for converting a piece of information into another form or representation (one sign into another sign), not necessarily of the same type. In communications and information processing, ENCODING is the process by which information from a source is converted into symbols to be communicated.

A BAR CODE is an optical representation of data. Originally, bar codes represent data in the widths (lines) and the spacing’s of parallel lines and may be referred to as linear one dimensional matrix codes or symbologies.

It is important to note that the pattern of lines and spacing’s constitute the data encodation schema. The mapping between messages and barcodes is called a SYMBOLOGY . The specification of a symbology includes the encoding of the single characters of the message, as well as the start and stop markers into bars and space, the size of the quiet zone required to be before and after the barcode as well as the computation of a checksum. Bars and spaces in many-width symbologies are all multiples of a basic width called the module; most such codes use four widths of 1, 2, 3 and 4 modules. Some symbologies use interleaving. The first character is encoded using black bars of varying width. The second character is then encoded, by varying the width of the white spaces between these bars. Thus characters are encoded in pairs over the same section of the barcode. Stacked symbologies consist of a given linear symbology repeated vertically in multiples.

A new ‘ code ’ and order starts from the sea, emerging from the water creating a ‘ module ’ that becomes first a jetty and then is moving on to the ground level starting to create the real building. The ‘ linear ’ lines emerge from the water and the earth as a‘ symbology ’, as powerful waves surrounding the glass box.

After reaching the top, it starts to blend and set out down to the ground level again creating a strong surface and become the cover creating new buildings with different functions. The building is so made by these ‘ interleaving ’ strips which ‘ encodes ’ a pure glass box.
